As a volunteer, Lynn began her journey in 1990 after her younger brother and only sibling, Walt, was tragically killed. His sudden death forever changed her world and that of her family.
Searching for a way to work through her grief, Lynn decided that by turning her energy towards volunteering and supporting different charitable causes, she might make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate, and create a new meaning in her life which had been turned upside down by the unexpected tragedy.
Since then, Lynn has donated her time, resources and professional services to many L.A. and Orange County non-profit organizations including: Angelitos de Oro (Boys & Girls Club of OC); MIND Research Institute; Pacific Symphony; American Cancer Society; Balboa Performing Arts Theater Foundation; AIDS Services Foundation OC; Hoag Memorial Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary; MOCA; LACMA, and LA Opera, to name just a few.
She also owns and operates a boutique public relations and marketing communications consulting business she founded in 2001. Her industry experience spans over 20 years with some of the top ad agencies and public relations firms in both L.A. and Orange County.
Lynn studied business management at Pepperdine University, and currently resides in Newport Beach, where she also serves as a Newport Beach Arts Commissioner.
